Spain will jump in the 12 position at the qualifying round of the Longines Nations Cup Final, after the result of the starting order draw, which has taken place this afternoon.

The VIP tent of the CSIO Barcelona will host today at 6 pm (CET) the starting order draw for the Longines nations Cup Final. The 15 teams qualified for the final will compete tomorrow for a ticket to the big final at the Olympic arena of the Real Club de Polo. The eight best classified teams will jump in the final on Saturday night, while the bottom seven will compete at the Longines Challenge Cup on Friday at 9 pm.

CSIO Barcelona 2017 horses will jump the "Eixample"
This morning, the Saló de Cròniques (Hall of Chronicles) of the Barcelona City Hall, hosted the presentation of the obstacle “L’Eixample”, within the framework of CSIO Barcelona 2017, the oldest international competition in Spain.
The obstacle, which represents the street layout of the Eixample District, has been designed by Maica Avenido and Jialen Yangji, students of the prestigious Escola Massana Art and Design Center, whose project won the third edition of the contest “A Jump for the City”, an initiative supported by the Barcelona Equestrian Challenge.

CSIO Barcelona presents its "Jump for the City"
Next Monday, September 18 at 12:00 p.m., the obstacle will be officially presented in front of Barcelona’s City Council. In addition to the two project designers, David Escudé, Barcelona City Council’s Commissioner for Sport; Emilio Zegrí, Real Club de Polo de Barcelona Foundation President; Santiago Mercé, CSIO Barcelona President; and Daniel Garcia Giró, CSIO Barcelona Director, will be present at the event.
